ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 18 -- United States Patent no. 12,475,293, issued on Nov. 18, was assigned to SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS Co. LTD. (Suwon-si, South Korea).

"Cell including individual source regions and integrated circuit including the cell" was invented by Panjae Park (Seoul, South Korea), Yoonjin Kim (Yeosu-si, South Korea) and Kwanyoung Chun (Suwon-si, South Korea).
