"Semiconductor memory device" was invented by Minjun Lee (Seoul, South Korea), Yongseok Kim (Suwon-si, South Korea), Hyuncheol Kim (Seoul, South Korea), Jongman Park (Hwaseong-si, South Korea), Dongsoo Woo (Seoul, South Korea) and Kyunghwan Lee (Seoul, South Korea).
