ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,317,666, issued on May 27, was assigned to SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS Co. Ltd. (Gyeonggi-do, South Korea).

"Organic thin film transistor and method of manufacturing the same and thin film transistor array panel and electronic device" was invented by Yasutaka Kuzumoto (Suwon-si, South Korea), Suk Gyu Hahm (Gyungju-si, South Korea), Jong Won Chung (Hwaseong-si, South Korea) and Youngjun Yun (Seongnam-si, South Korea).
