ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,373,285, issued on July 29, was assigned to SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS Co. LTD. (Suwon-si, South Korea).

"Memory device, a controller for controlling the same, a memory system including the same, and an operating method of the same" was invented by Yesin Ryu (Seoul, South Korea), Sunggi Ahn (Jinju-si, South Korea) and Jaeyoun Youn (Seoul, South Korea).
