ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 20 -- United States Patent no. 12,394,466, issued on Aug. 19, was assigned to SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS Co. Ltd. (Gyeonggi-do, South Korea).

"Memory device, memory system including the same and method of operating the same" was invented by Hijung Kim (Suwon-si, South Korea) and Seongjin Cho (Suwon-si, South Korea).
