ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,269,045, issued on April 8, was assigned to SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS Co. LTD. (Suwon-si, South Korea).

"Electrostatic charger and electrostatic precipitator" was invented by Daisuke Fukuoka (Yokohama, Japan), Manabu Takezawa (Yokohama, Japan) and Seiro Yuge (Yokohama, Japan).
