ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,331,699, issued on June 17, was assigned to SAFRAN NACELLES (Gonfreville-l'Orcher, France).

"Actuating system for a cascade thrust reverser" was invented by Vincent Jean-Francois Peyron (Moissy-Cramayel, France) and Patrick Andre Boileau (Moissy-Cramayel, France).
