US Patent Issued to SABAL on Dec. 30 for "Swimsuit with inserts" (California Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 31 -- United States Patent no. 12,507,746, issued on Dec. 30, was assigned to SABAL LLC (Las Vegas).

"Swimsuit with inserts" was invented by Hartley Lynn (La Jolla, Calif.) and Preston Lynn (La Jolla, Calif.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Swimsuits for small-chested wearers and the designs therefor according to which the designs include inserts. The inserts are non-removable. The non-removable inserts contour to the shape of the human body, specifically the breast."

The patent was filed on May 9, 2023, under Application No. 18/862,210.
