ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 23 -- United States Patent no. 12,422,320, issued on Sept. 23, was assigned to RYODEN SHONAN ELECTRONICS Corp. (Kamakura, Japan) and Honda Motor Co. Ltd. (Tokyo).

"Ultrasonic probe" was invented by Yasushi Hara (Kamakura, Japan), Toshiaki Ohashi (Kamakura, Japan), Kazuhiro Tsuzaki (Wako, Japan) and Toshitsugu Sakakibara (Wako, Japan).
