US Patent Issued to RTX on Nov. 4 for "Continuous flow fuel system" (Connecticut Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,460,819, issued on Nov. 4, was assigned to RTX Corp. (Farmington, Conn.).

"Continuous flow fuel system" was invented by Andrew E. Breault (Bolton, Conn.), Jon Erik Sobanski (Glastonbury, Conn.) and Jeffrey T. Morton (Manchester, Conn.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A fuel system for a gas turbine engine includes a manifold assembly with an assembly inlet, an assembly outlet, and a plurality of fuel injectors.
