ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,258,869, issued on March 25, was assigned to RTX Corp. (Farmington, Conn.).

"Turbine engine phonic wheel with integrated lubricant scoop" was invented by Joseph B. Phelps (Rocky Hill, Conn.) and Daniel E. Rosen (Colchester, Conn.).
