ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,345,280, issued on July 1, was assigned to RTX Corp. (Farmington, Conn.).

"Fluid system with multi-mode transfer valve" was invented by Jeffrey R. Rigali (South Windsor, Conn.), Christopher T. Koetsch (East Longmeadow, Mass.), Ryan P. Susca (Windsor, Conn.), David C. Kiely (West Springfield, Mass.) and Michael Voytovich (Madison, Conn.).
