ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,281,702, issued on April 22, was assigned to RTX Corp. (Farmington, Conn.).

"Non-metallic engine case inlet compression seal for a gas turbine engine" was invented by Anthony R. Bifulco (Ellington, Conn.).
