ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,216,219, issued on Feb. 4, was assigned to RTR Technologies Inc. (Loveland, Colo.).

"Radio frequency (RF) ranging in propagation limited RF environments utilizing aerial vehicles" was invented by David Farrell (Loveland, Colo.) and Thomas Pattison (Kamuela, Hawaii).
