US Patent Issued to ROHM on July 1 for "Timer circuit" (Japanese Inventor)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,348,226, issued on July 1, was assigned to ROHM Co. LTD. (Kyoto, Japan).

"Timer circuit" was invented by Hisashi Sugie (Kyoto, Japan).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A first current source charges a capacitor. A second current source supplies a current to an input node of an inverter. A current mirror circuit has its output node coupled to an input node of the inverter. A resistor is coupled between the input node of the current mirror circuit and the capacitor."

The patent was filed on June 8, 2023, under Application No. 18/331,495.
