ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,454,628, issued on Oct. 28, was assigned to Rohm and Haas Co. (Collegeville, Pa.).

"Aqueous dispersion of single phase crosslinked microspheres and film-forming polyurethane particles" was invented by Ibrahim Eryazici (Phoenixville, Pa.), Joseph Hoefler (Perkiomenville, Pa.), Nick Nicholas (Newark, Del.) and Edwin A. Nungesser (Horsham, Pa.).
