US Patent Issued to Rochester Institute of Technology on July 1 for "Cooling device having a boiling chamber with submerged condensation and method" (New York Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,349,313, issued on July 1, was assigned to Rochester Institute of Technology (Rochester, N.Y.).
