ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,374,739, issued on July 29, was assigned to Robertshaw Controls Co. (Itasca, Ill.).

"Integrated manifold" was invented by Shubhada Surve (Itasca, Ill.), Nishaj Attassery (Saint Johns, Fla.) and Eapen Chacko (Itasca, Ill.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A fluid manifold for cooling systems has parallel inlets directing flow through a base of a nozzle to an outlet which is preferably parallel to the inlets. The pressure drop from the inlets to the outlet is preferably less than 3 psi and the inlets have inlet portions with check valves connected thereto."

The patent was filed on Jan. 14, 2022, under Application No. 17/576,320.
