US Patent Issued to RISE BIOPHARMACEUTICALS on June 17 for "Modified chemokine peptide and use thereof" (Taiwanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,329,804, issued on June 17, was assigned to RISE BIOPHARMACEUTICALS INC. (Beijing).

"Modified chemokine peptide and use thereof" was invented by Jya-Wei Cheng (Tainan, Taiwan), Hsi-Tsung Cheng (Tainan, Taiwan), Hui-Yuan Yu (Tainan, Taiwan) and Su-Ya Hsu (Tainan, Taiwan).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention provides a novel modified chemokine peptide. Additionally, the novel modified chemokine peptide can be used to treat cancer and inhibit tumor growth more effectively."
