"Device of measuring duty cycle and compensation circuit utilizing the same" was invented by Po-Wei Wu (Taipei, Taiwan), Hsiang-Jen Jao (Taipei, Taiwan), Chih-Sheng Chen (Taipei, Taiwan) and Tien-Yun Peng (Taipei, Taiwan).
