ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 18 -- United States Patent no. 12,477,293, issued on Nov. 18, was assigned to Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (Troy, N.Y.).
"Multi-sensor systems and methods for providing immersive virtual environments" was invented by Jonathan Mathews (Troy, N.Y.), Jonas Braasch (Latham, N.Y.), Richard J. Radke (Slingerlands, N.Y.), Gyanendra Sharma (Foster City, Calif.) and Devavrat Jivani (Woburn, Mass.).
