ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,416,936, issued on Sept. 16, was assigned to Renesas Electronics Corp. (Tokyo).

"Apparatus comprising a bias current generator" was invented by Nishant Singh Thakur (Broxbourne, Great Britain).
