ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,308,531, issued on May 20, was assigned to Renesas Electronics America Inc. (Milpitas, Calif.).

"Gain variation compensation using temperature attenuator" was invented by Mohammad Ghadiri Sadrabadi (San Diego) and Tumay Kanar (Carlsbad, Calif.).
