ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,239,687, issued on March 4, was assigned to Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Tarrytown, N.Y.).

"Sustained release formulations using non-aqueous membrane emulsification" was invented by Hunter Chen (New York) and Yiming Zhao (Great Neck, N.Y.).
