ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,377,159, issued on Aug. 5, was assigned to REGENERON PHARMACEUTICALS INC. (Tarrytown, N.Y.).
"Steroids and protein-conjugates thereof" was invented by Amy Han (Hockessin, Del.), Andrew J. Murphy (Croton-on-Hudson, N.Y.) and William Olson (Yorktown Heights, N.Y.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Described herein are protein steroid conjugates that are useful, for example, for the target-specific delivery of glucocorticoids (GCs) to cells."
The patent was filed on July 28, 2023, under Application No. 18/361,275.
