US Patent Issued to Reed Semiconductor on Aug. 12 for "Buck converter system with an asymmetric threshold voltage gate drive circuit design" (Connecticut, Ohio, Rhode Island Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,388,345, issued on Aug. 12, was assigned to Reed Semiconductor Corp. (Warwick, R.I.).

"Buck converter system with an asymmetric threshold voltage gate drive circuit design" was invented by Wenkai Wu (East Greenwich, R.I.), Jialun Du (Powell, Ohio) and Weidong Zhu (East Lyme, Conn.).
