ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,310,932, issued on May 27, was assigned to Red Mountain Med Spa LLC (Scottsdale, Ariz.).

"Sublingual phentermine spray compositions and day-night appetite suppression and weight loss regimen using same" was invented by Austin Lucht (Scottsdale, Ariz.).
