ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,384,224, issued on Aug. 12, was assigned to RB Distribution Inc. (Colmar, Pa.).
"Programmable climate controller for a vehicle" was invented by John Peter Paul (Phoenixville, Pa.) and Venkataramani Kumar (Chalfont, Pa.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A programmable controller stores operational data for a number of embedded functions in multiple vehicles from a known manufacturer and is programmable to operation in a selected vehicle among the multiple vehicles."
The patent was filed on Dec. 13, 2022, under Application No. 18/080,459.
