US Patent Issued to Raytheon on July 15 for "N-polar rare-earth III-nitride bulk acoustic wave resonator" (Massachusetts Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,362,724, issued on July 15, was assigned to Raytheon Co. (Arlington, Va.).

"N-polar rare-earth III-nitride bulk acoustic wave resonator" was invented by John A. Logan (Lawrence, Mass.), Clay T. Long (Medford, Mass.) and Adam E. Peczalski (Everett, Mass.).
