ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,273,799, issued on April 8, was assigned to RapidSOS Inc. (New York).
"Low acuity dispatch management" was invented by Michael John Martin (Long Island, N.Y.) and Eugene Hsu (Burlingame, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Described herein are systems, devices, methods, and media for facilitating communications between emergency service providers and low acuity emergency service providers and managing low acuity responses to emergencies."
The patent was filed on April 29, 2022, under Application No. 17/733,520.
