US Patent Issued to Quarkstar on March 25 for "Solid state lamp using light emitting strips" (Canadian, American Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,259,096, issued on March 25, was assigned to Quarkstar LLC (Las Vegas).

"Solid state lamp using light emitting strips" was invented by Robert V. Steele (Redwood City, Calif.), Louis Lerman (Las Vegas), Allan Brent York (Fort Langley, Canada), Wilson Dau (Victoria, Canada), Jacqueline Teng (Irvine, Calif.) and George Lerman (Las Vegas).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A solid state lamp includes a connector and a bulb portion with multiple strips."

The patent was filed on Feb. 2, 2024, under Application No. 18/431,837.
