ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,406,321, issued on Sept. 2, was assigned to QUALCOMM Inc. (San Diego).

"Elimination cache" was invented by Nigel Poole (West Newton, Mass.), Zilin Ying (San Diego), Xuhui Mao (San Diego), Vijay Kumar Donthireddy (Bengaluru, India) and Srihari Babu Alla (San Diego).
