According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for utilizing and processing repeated DCI transmissions that schedule common uplink or downlink transmissions. The techniques allow a UE to decide which repeated DCI to use for determining resources for the uplink or downlink transmissions."
