ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 13 -- United States Patent no. 12,526,796, issued on Jan. 13, was assigned to QUALCOMM Inc. (San Diego).

"Configuring interference prediction modes" was invented by Mohamed Fouad Ahmed Marzban (San Diego), Wooseok Nam (San Diego) and Arumugam Chendamarai Kannan (San Diego).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of an interference prediction configuration. The UE may transmit an interference prediction report based at least in part on the interference prediction configuration. Numerous other aspects are described."
