ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,389,318, issued on Aug. 12, was assigned to QUALCOMM Inc. (San Diego).

"Secondary cell dormancy indication and application delay" was invented by Huilin Xu (Temecula, Calif.), Wanshi Chen (San Diego), Peter Pui Lok Ang (San Diego), Peter Gaal (San Diego), Wooseok Nam (San Diego), Yi Huang (San Diego), Peng Cheng (Beijing) and Muhammad Sayed Khairy Abdelghaffar (San Jose, Calif.).
