ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,466,791, issued on Nov. 11, was assigned to Purdue Research Foundation (West Lafayette, Ind.).

"Methods for synthesis of the tricyclic prostaglandin D 2 metabolite methyl ester" was invented by Mingji Dai (Alpharetta, Ga.) and Hunter Sims (Decatur, Ga.).
