ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 25 -- United States Patent no. 12,337,504, issued on June 24, was assigned to Pulp Art Surfaces LLC (Studio City, Calif.).
"Tool for making an aesthetic wall skin" was invented by Daniel Maltese (Agoura Hills, Calif.) and Scott Pitters (Hollywood, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A tool for use in making a solid aesthetic wall skin sheet by slush molding. The tool comprises a porous tool base, a flat screen attached to the base, and a patterned grid attached to the screen and base."
The patent was filed on July 22, 2023, under Application No. 18/357,116.
