"Gate drivers for stacked transistor amplifiers" was invented by Poojan Wagh (Sleepy Hollow, Ill.), Kashish Pal (Reading, Great Britain), Robert Mark Englekirk (Littleton, Colo.), Tero Tapio Ranta (San Diego), Keith Bargroff (San Diego) and Simon Edward Willard (Irvine, Calif.).
