ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,280,936, issued on April 22, was assigned to Prototitan LLC (Albuquerque, N.M.).

"Tobacco can cooler" was invented by David Rochau (Albuquerque, N.M.), Christopher Clark Jr. (Mooresville, N.C.) and Michael Bryce Gray (Mooresville, N.C.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A tobacco can cooler comprises a lid comprising a lid inner shell, and a base comprising a base inner shell. The lid inner shell has a lid inner shell sidewall and a lid first end wall defining a first tobacco can chamber section while the base inner shell has a base inner shell sidewall and a base first end wall defining a second tobacco can chamber section.
