ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 23 -- United States Patent no. 12,364,771, issued on July 22, was assigned to PROLYNX LLC (San Francisco).
"Conjugation linkers" was invented by Gary W. Ashley (Alameda, Calif.), Brian Hearn (Moraga, Calif.), Shaun Fontaine (Concord, Calif.) and Eric L. Schneider (Oakland, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Provided are Beta-eliminative linkers suitable for the conjugation of small molecule, peptide, and protein and compounds comprising the linkers."
The patent was filed on April 3, 2020, under Application No. 17/601,575.
