ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 2 -- United States Patent no. 12,263,056, issued on April 1, was assigned to Progressive Aligners Inc. (Aliso Viejo, Calif.).

"Generating three-dimensional orthodontic simulations" was invented by Benson Donald McGann (Henderson, Nev.) and Miles McGann (Ladera Ranch, Calif.).
