ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,428,919, issued on Sept. 30, was assigned to PREMIER COIL SOLUTIONS INC. (Waller, Texas).
"Injector tilt-mount lock" was invented by Randall Behrens (Sealy, Texas).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An injector tilt and stowage mechanism has a potential safety concern if retaining pins are not in place when the injector is tilted for stowage. A mechanical latching system is designed that secures the injector and simultaneously engages or disengages the hydraulic system to prevent movement in an unsecured condition."
The patent was filed on Feb. 9, 2024, under Application No. 18/437,823.
