ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 23 -- United States Patent no. 12,421,244, issued on Sept. 23, was assigned to POSTECH RESEARCH AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION (Pohang-Si, South Korea).
"Phthalocyanine nanowires and uses therefor" was invented by Hee Cheul Choi (Pohang-si, South Korea) and Young Kwan Yoon (Pohang-si, South Korea).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "M-phthalocyanine nanowires according to the present invention can have a variety of uses as the M-phthalocyanine nanowires can control the crystalline structure thereof by controlling the flow speed of a carrier gas to a suitable range, and can exist in hydrophilic solvent without agglutinating due to superb dispersibility in waterphase."
