ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 18 -- United States Patent no. 12,476,803, issued on Nov. 18, was assigned to POSTECH RESEARCH AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION (Pohang-si, South Korea).
