ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,305,150, issued on May 20, was assigned to Porifera Inc. (San Leandro, Calif.).

"Method and system for producing ultra-high gravity alcoholic beverages" was invented by David Durkee (Lakewood, Colo.) and Frederik Havel (Beaconsfield, Canada).
