"Cannabis plant named 'PTC8510V'" was invented by Jared Reynbery (Portland, Ore.) and Erica Bakker (Portland, Ore.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A new Cannabis variety distinguished by its maturity time, apical dominance, internode length. flower trichome density, aroma. very high THCV:THC ratio, and total cannabinoid content."
The patent was filed on Sept. 30, 2024, under Application No. 18/902,526.
