US Patent Issued to Phosertek on Sept. 9 for "Photonic crystal surface emitting laser device" (Taiwanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,413,046, issued on Sept. 9, was assigned to Phosertek Corp. (Hsinchu, Taiwan).

"Photonic crystal surface emitting laser device" was invented by Lih-Ren Chen (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Kuo-Bin Hong (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Tien-Chang Lu (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Chien-Hung Lin (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Hsiu-Ling Chen (Hsinchu, Taiwan) and Kuan-Chih Huang (Hsinchu, Taiwan).
