"Flavoured nicotine powder inhaler" was invented by Ihar Nikolaevich Zinovik (Peseux, Switzerland) and Gerard Zuber (Froideville, Switzerland).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "This disclosure relates to flavoured nicotine powder inhalers where the nicotine powder is delivered at air flow rates that mimic a smoking regime."
