ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,496,415, issued on Dec. 16, was assigned to Philip Morris Products S.A. (Neuchatel, Switzerland).
"Nicotine powder inhaler" was invented by Ihar Nikolaevich Zinovik (Peseux, Switzerland) and Gerard Zuber (Froideville, Switzerland).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "This disclosure relates to nicotine powder inhalers where the nicotine powder is delivered at air flow rates that mimic a smoking regime."
