ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,410,172, issued on Sept. 9, was assigned to PFIZER INC. (New York).
"Crystalline forms of 3-cyano-1-[4-[6-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)pyrazolo[1,5-apyrazin-4-yl-1H-pyrazol-1-ylcyclobutaneacetonitrile, and use thereof" was invented by Andrew James Jensen (Groton, Conn.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention discloses novel crystalline forms of (1R,3R)-3-(cyanomethyl)-3-(4-(6-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrazin-4-yl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)cyclobutane-1-carbonitrile, Form 1 anhydrous free base and Form 2 monohydrate, pharmaceutical composition containing them, preparations thereof and uses thereof."
